|| Before we proceed, I have a brief backstory. It's been over a decade since my family moved to Washington. As a kid, I worked with my parents cleaning golf courses, train stations, & city halls. These early experiences shaped my work ethic, resilience, & appreciation for hard work. They taught me that success isn't just about academics. It also requires perseverance, adaptability, & finding value in every task. That's why we were confident our website & social media ads would bring in the first batch of customers. No movement happened during the first month of the launch. Unbothered, my mother continued handing out cards & sharing posts on social media with her friends & family.

| My mother followed in my uncle's (siblings) footsteps. She embarked to City Hall to obtain a business license & now owns "Maorice Cleaning Services." While waiting for the application to process, we settled on a business logo, purchased business cards, & created a new website. End users were in the same spot, submitted an appeal & told to search elsewhere. Digging through the site more, I found the "Google Business Profile Support team" hidden in various hyperlinks. With a new URL bookmarked, I filled out the new claim document. A friendly technician reached out & escalated my case to a reinstatement team. Who thoroughly checked our profile from top to bottom. Two days later, Door Care LLC. was back online!
